Megan Ferreira
Owner & Stylist

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Megan Ferreira has built her career on passion, precision, and a deep love for education. Her journey began with a class in the early 2000s from renowned colorist Nancy Braun, where she discovered her calling for the art of hand-painted balayage- a technique that continues to inspire her creativity today.
Throughout her career, Megan has made education the cornerstone of her professional growth. She has directed salon education programs, mentored new stylists through assisting programs, and fostered a culture of collaboration where everyone learns from one another- no matter their level of experience.
Her dedication to innovation led her to train at the prestigious L’Oréal Professionnel Academy in London, where she studied the science and artistry behind INOA, the groundbreaking ammonia-free color system, before its launch in the United States.
In May 2025, Megan realized a longtime dream and opened The Hair Company- a welcoming, inclusive salon designed to provide exceptional service and a truly memorable experience for every guest. The Hair Company is not just a salon; it’s a community built on creativity, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful.

When not at work, Megan enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her two dogs.
Lisa Kosinski
Stylist
Lisa owned Park Place Salon from 2002 until 2025 and has been in the industry for over 30 years.

She is passionate about digging deeper and finding solutions to hair challenges. She loves working with fine hair and has a passion for maintaining the integrity of the hair fiber by utilizing the finest products available. Hair cutting is her favorite offering.

Lisa’s quest for knowledge through education is a fundamental part of her success. Lisa’s dedication to developing her craft and providing her clients with the best opportunities available is what makes her known as a one of a kind stylist!
Harmony Barna
Stylist
Harmony is a certified texture specialist dedicated to creating customized, healthy, and effortless hair. With advanced certifications in Sassoon ABC Cutting, Mizani Aircut, and Loreal Color Ambassador, she combines technical precision with an understanding of how to enhance and maintain natural texture.
Her expertise lies in cutting and coloring textured hair while preserving strength and integrity. Harmony specializes in lived-in color such as balayage, and approaches every color correction with a personalized, step-by-step plan to achieve beautiful results without compromising hair health.
Clients appreciate Harmony’s attention to detail, product knowledge, and her commitment to education- helping each guest understand how to care for and style their hair confidently between appointments.
When she’s not behind the chair, Harmony enjoys cooking, reading and staying active outdoors. She loves snowboarding in the winter, water-skiing in the summer, and spending her free time with family and close friends.
McKenzie Gillon
Associate Stylist
McKenzie is a passionate hairstylist who loves creating stunning dimensional color and bold, vivid looks that bring each guest’s vision to life while making them feel right at home in the chair.
Always eager to grow and refine her craft, McKenzie attended a balayage class led by Goldwell Artist Odete DaSilva, further expanding her expertise in modern color techniques.
When not behind the chair, McKenzie enjoys going to concerts and spending quality time with family and friends. Her warm personality and dedication to the craft make every salon visit a fun and personalized experience.
Natalia Farina
Associate Stylist
Natalia has been a licensed stylist for 11 years. She is passionate about working with both male and female guests. Natalia loves creating styles that not only enhance natural beauty but also fit the clients lifestyle. She specializes in blonding and dimensional color services. She also has a strong background of experience in men's haircutting.
Education and growth are a true passion of Natalia’s and she maintains a goal to always provide a comfortable, confident and cared for client experience.
Outside of the salon, she is a proud wife, and mom of two. You can usually find her cheering on her son at the hockey rink or supporting her daughter at dance and gymnastics. In her free time she enjoys reading, crafting, and making memories with her family!
Kiana Barnes
Social Media Manager
Kiana has been a valued member of the salon team since early 2019. Originally working as a receptionist, Kiana loved working with our clients and was inspired by the beautiful work of our stylists.

Kiana is a graduate of Tantasqua Regional High School and currently attends Nichols College while studying finance.
​
While not at work or school, Kiana enjoys her time spent with peers, and many involvement activities at Nichols. She also looks forward to caring for her many pets and enjoys everything Disney- she is always looking forward to the next time she can visit any of the Disney theme parks. Most important to Kiana is the time she spends with her many family and friends.
